Slow Cooker Philly Cheesesteak
**This is a recipe I found at Six Sister's Stuff, and tweaked a little bit.
1.5lbs beef round steak
14oz beef broth
envelope of Italian dressing mix
toppings (onions, steak sauce, green bell peppers, whatever you like!)
Thinly slice the steak. I do this when it's still slightly frozen, makes it easier to cut. Place the steak slices in your slow cooker, cover with beef broth and Italian season packet. Cook on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
The main difference between my way and the original recipe is that I don't put my green pepper and onions in to cook with the meat. I did try it that way - as you can see in the picture, but everything got so soggy. I like my peppers to have some crunch to them! Nom nom!
