Review: Ultra Quirky Tot

So seeing as I'm going to redo the nursery into a toddler room (hopefully soon!), I've been checking out different websites to purchase things at. When Miriam contacted me to do a review on her website, Ultra Quirky Tot, I was more than excited to do it for her!

Ultra Quirky Tot is a website aimed at toddlers, which is obviously perfect for me when I'm shopping for Bean. There is every category you could imagine! From toys to clothes, to furniture, and even a section for us moms with selection of diaper bags. It's a limited collection of bags, but they're still cute and seem to come in every color you could imagine! The prices on the site seem reasonable, and comparable with other shops I've been looking at. The only down side to this site is that there's not an expansive selection to choose from, but there is a good selection to browse through, and the quality of items you have to choose from, in my opinion, are good. So there may not be pages upon pages of each subcategory to look through but there are a good number of subcategories, and each one has good/cute items to choose from.

First thing I checked out was the Toddler Bedding section, hoping there would be some chevron in there! And there is! Unfortunately it isn't pink, so I can't use it. But there's plenty of selection of printed images like trucks, pirates and a cute pink bandana one too, to more muted styles like stripes. I think the Whoo Whoo Kiley is super adorable.

One thing I really love about this site is that in the Toddler Toys there's a section called Manipulatives. Every single one of those toys has a big purpose on helping your toddler learn, and figure out something. Shape sorting, colors sorting, whatever you want to focus on there's a toy there for it! The majority of the toys are wooden which is another thing I love. I'm slightly obsessed with wooden toys for my bean.

Under the Toddler Holiday section, there's a whole place to start "awwing" over Halloween costumes for your little one. Four pages of adorable costume possibilities! From animals to pirates to fearies, you'll find a variety of almost every possibility you would want your little one to wear. Prices seem to be right around the same lines as other Halloween stores I've been looking at, which is always nice! Whats even nicer is Miriam is hosting a giveaway of $30 towards your choice of toddler Halloween costume!

Overall, I like the site. It's easy to navigate, and I must admit I spent a lot of time looking through everything on there. My husband and I are going to get a backpack for Bean for when we fly to Kansas later this year. You know, put all her toys and books in there for her carry on. The only real gripe I have about the website is that for the places that have more than one page of items, there's no option to "see all" so you must go through each and every page to view the whole selection. Not a big deal, it's just not how I like to browse online. So I suggest taking some time and checking out Ultra Quirky Tot, make sure you have plenty of time when you sit down to peruse through it! Don't forget to check out the Halloween costume section and enter the $30 store credit towards the costume of your choice!

  1. I want the Raggedy Ann costume!! My mom made my twin sister and I be Raggedy Ann and Andy for Halloween one year and while we hated it, in hindsight it was adorable!
